  • Delivery

    • Standard delivery on stock items ordered before 2.30pm will be delivered for the next working day.
    • For non-stock items or customised orders please allow 2-5 working days for production (some products may take longer).
    • For orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
    • All of the above applies to mainland UK addresses.
  • Privacy & Security

    • Our website uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method meaning your details are encrypted before the information transfers from your computer to ours.
    • Our website is also fully protected with a website firewall (SiteLock) this provides protection against possible hack attempts that could reveal personal information.
    • This means that your personal details are totally safe/secure from prying eyes and that only Complete Signage are able to see them.
  • Returns & Replacements

    Any undamaged and resalable goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the value of the returned goods or £20, whichever is the greater. Does not include customised products

    Should in the unlikely event there is a problem concerning goods or delivery this must be reported in writing (via email or post) within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Goods cannot be returned without prior agreement with ourselves. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery signed for as undamaged which is subsequently reported to have been damaged in transit.

    Pricing

    There are some items that we are unable to discount due to manufacturer minimum advertised price (MAP) rules. These items are already priced at the lowest price allowed.

    After placing an order we will send you an email containing order details, this can also be viewed in My Account tab (if you have a account with us) if you have not got an account with us you can get in touch with our team and we can supply you with this you may be asked some questions to confirm your identity.
