Delivery Information

Delivery varies depending on product for our stocked products delivery is 1-3 days usually 24hrs. For custom orders please allow production time plus 1-3 days delivery.
All deliveries are delivered by a reputable courier.


Returns Policy

While we do everything in our power to make your order as smooth as possible, sometimes things go can go wrong. We're committed to making your experience with Complete Signage Group so good that you'll want to come back for more and bring your friends along as well.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


If you find there is a problem with your order once it arrives, let us know immediately or within 2 working days by calling customer support on 01268 461111 or emailing us on info@completesignage.co.uk or by filling out our contact form with your order number. You can find your order number on the order confirmation email or by logging into your account on completesignage.co.uk and viewing your "Order History". All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

If the mistake is something we messed up, we'll get your order replaced and delivered out to you at no cost and within our standard production time.

If it was a mistake on your end, we'll ask you to create a return label and deliver the product back to us. Please include the original packing slip in your return. You can ship it back using whatever carrier you prefer. Once we get it, we'll refund the order subtotal. We must receive your order within 7 days of your original contact with our customer service team about the issue.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item we will process your return or exchange

Damage from Delivery:

If your order arrives damaged, please sign and report as damaged, we'll work with the delivery company and in the meantime, we'll reproduce and send out your new product within the standard production time.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery signed for as undamaged which is subsequently reported to have been damaged in transit.

Return & Refunds:

If you are simply looking to return your product and do not wish to have it replaced, we'll ask you to create a return label & deliver the product back to us within 7 business days of delivery. You can deliver it back using whatever courier you prefer. Once we get it, we'll refund you the amount of the original order excluding delivery. The refund will go to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days.
Certain undamaged and resaleable goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the value of the returned goods or £20, whichever is the greater.


The following items cannot be returned

  • bespoke items (unless damaged during delivery)

    Before using any product detailed in the website/brochure, the customer shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the customer assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Complete Signage shall not be liable either in tort or in contract for any loss or damage - direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, any of the products listed.
